Discover the power of bodywork & touch therapy

Relax. Reconnect. Reorganize.
Manual therapies to change the body and mind.

Release tension, increase bodily awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and experience nervous system attunement through the use of touch and sound therapy.

Our Techniques

  • Barefoot massage, foot placed on client's back

    Sarga Bodywork

This powerful form of bodywork targets the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to reduce friction, improve motion, and aid in the body’s lymphatic and circulatory systems. The large surface of the foot allows for a slow, steady application of pressure and affects a large area of tissue at once. Pressure combined with a slow, drag technique effectively targets mechanoreceptors responsible for pain reception, orientation, and neurological feedback.

    Slow, powerful, medium-deep pressure

  • Massage, therapist uses elbows on posterior chain hamstrings

    Therapeutic Massage

Hand-based techniques applied using scientific principles. Targeted bodywork allows us to focus on injury recovery, improved range of motion and mobility, and pain and tension relief.

Methods include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, compression, Swedish massage, stretch techniques, and joint mobilization.

    Targeted, precise relief

  • Practitioner places tuning forks on client's abdomen and solar plexus

    Sound Therapy

Create stillness in the mind & body and explore an inner landscape of subtle sensation. Activated tuning forks are placed on the surface of the skin and produce a subtle, gentle vibration that can be felt deep within the body. These vibrations stimulate the body’s energy channels (meridians) and slow down a busy mind.

A powerful form meditation, non-sleep deep rest, and down regulation.

    Meditative, expansive, deeply calming

    Karina C.

  • "One session of Sarga felt like ten times the relief of a traditional massage.
"

    Adam S.

  • "The flow and synced movements make Sarga work different from other formats. The technique and application of pressure has helped me with a hamstring injury that has previously only responded to needling through acupuncture."

    Bert G.

  • " I see how hands-on techniques make a larger impact on my overall health.”

About Toltec Touch

Person holding tuning forks over another person lying down, likely during a sound therapy session.

The Toltecs were an ancient Mexican tribe of scientists and visionaries that favored personal healing, community and collective well-being. Their wisdom lives on through their teachings and practices.

My name is Stephanie, and I believe the use of somatic (body-based) practices are invaluable resources for healing, personal growth, and deeper understanding of and reconnection with self. My hands on approach comes after years of study and practice with different modalities, theories, and techniques to help individuals feel better in their bodies in unique, powerful ways.
The Toltec Wisdom has always held a special place in my heart, and after years of studying techniques founded in scientifically supported principles combined with the teachings from esoteric lineages, I’ve created my own blend of bodywork & touch therapy.

This is my offering to you.
